Payments: All Payment is in Australian dollars $AU and includes GST. We accept payment by Visa Card, Bankcard, MasterCard, cheque or money order. Cheques and money orders should be and made out to Bluestone House Pty.Ltd. Purchases made by cheque or money order will not be shipped until clearance by our financial institution.All goods remain the property of Bluestone house Pty.Ltd. until fully paid.
Delivery: We notify shipment of all orders by e-mail. Tarotreader packs are usually despatched within 48 hours.
Conditions of Delivery
1. Pick up is not available (no exceptions).
2. Athough in most cases delivery is much faster. Please allow delivery time as follows:
For Australian orders: 10 working days after notification.
For International orders: 15 working days after notification.
3. No weekend or after hours delivery available.
4. Item will not be despatched until payment is received in full and cleared.
5. Buyers will be charged a re-delivery fee for items that are undelivered and returned to the seller as a result of incorrect delivery details or unsuccessful delivery.
6. Parcel(s) cannot be re-directed to a different delivery address once the item has been despatched.
7. Bluestone House Pty.Ltd. is not directly liable for any loss, theft or damage to any goods.
8. Listed shipping charges include transit insurance, tracking & handling, unless otherwise stated. Shipping excludes GST, unless otherwise stated.
9. Please note that we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled, after goods have been despatched to the customers delivery address.
Postage Charges:
All Australian orders are shipped to the delivery address by standard post unless we are requested otherwise at time of placing order.
Australia Postal charges are calculated on item size, weight and distance.

We will be pleased to offer a cost effective quote upon request.
We use Australia Post Pre-Paid Satchels: Postage costs will be added in accordance with current Australia Post charges; as indicated:-

500gram to 3 kg $8.70

Insurance: Shipping excludes Transit Insurance.
Insurance is optional. It is an additional cost and at the discretion of the buyer; if required please request a quote.
All international orders are shipped to the delivery address by first class airmail, unless otherwise nominated.
Claims:
1. All claims for damage or fault/s to items must be advised by the buyer to taro@tarotreader.com.au within 48 hours of delivery of goods. We reserve the right to refuse any claims that are made after this timeframe.
Refunds:
1. No refunds offered on item(s) that arrive damaged in transit unless we are unable to repair or provide a replacement item(s)/unit.
2. No refunds offered if the buyer has changed their mind about the goods.
3. Shipping / postage charges are non-refundable.
4. No refunds offered after the item has been opened / used.
Returns:
2. Returns must be approved and authorised by the seller prior to their return. Item(s) may only be returned if they are damaged in transit. We will repair the item(s) or send a replacement and we will only provide a refund if a replacement is not available.
3. Return item(s) are to be accompanied by a note stating: (a) Buyer Name; (b) Description of damage/faults (c) Tax invoice as proof of purchase.
4. If the item(s) are required to be shipped back to the seller, supplier or manufacturer for replacement or refund, all freight charges are to be paid by the buyer of the item(s).
5. Item(s) are to be returned using Australia Post Registered service within 14 days of having received the item. Item(s) sent using Australia Post COD service will not be accepted.
